Managing Director – Canada

Scott Spence is Fundsquire’s Canadian MD. Originally from Australia, Scott started our Canadian office from scratch and works with clients across Canada. He enjoys the fast-paced nature of working with start-ups and enabling customers to turn their ideas into actions.

He leverages his previous experience as an Equity and Futures Trader and his MBA from the University of Canberra to quickly synthesise all types of information into commercial decisions- a skill he shares with his clients. Scott takes the opportunity to wear many different hats at Fundsquire working across the entire customer lifecycle.

Surprisingly, Scott is much taller than you’d expect from his headshot… he (not so) humble brags that he can still dunk a basketball at 36. He also enjoys travel, snowboarding and emulating Ringo as the drummer in Toronto’s finest Beatle’s cover band.
