DryGro

Founded at Oxford in 2015, DryGro is leading the path in plant science and production system design to create scalable, robust growing systems. The innovative business is focused on building the future of plant protein by producing plant-based foods that will be pivotal to building a food system that protects biodiversity, improves food security, and builds climate resilience.
DryGro does this by manufacturing water lentils, a fast-growing, freshwater aquatic crop, that is high in nutrients, and is a versatile source of protein for human and animal conceptions, which can be considered an alternative for meat or soy.

DryGo was in the waiting period before their next round of funding and their R&D tax credit refund. The company needed working capital to bridge the cash flow gap in the
